Having looked on both the TUI and Caravel website there is no mention of a so called loft room, certainly when booking I would have questioned the size of the room, which I was told was 40mts . We made a formal complaint with the TUI rep who tried her best to get us moved, it was only on the second week we were offered another room, another loft room next door!!!!!! Just make sure you dont book a loft room, which by the way was on the same floor as some staff accommodation so when they had finished their shift at night were very noisy. On a daytime the pool area was amazing, we enjoyed the pool and beds, no hassle , very relaxing. Room was spotless as was the hotel and grounds. My only other comment would be the finish of the bathroom faculties could have been neater/cleaner, some discolouration around the bottom of the shower and the shower head needed cleaning as not all of the water came out when showering.
